This company is a lot more affordable than other options out there - you essentially just pay for the psychiatric assessment, and if you have medicare you get a fair chunk of that back. Other services will charge a hefty additional fee on top of the assessment. They are super responsive, and very accommodating. They remembered that I was after an urgent appointment, and squeezed me in last minute. Very good admin who answer questions honestly and promptly, and provide good instructions and information. Dr Melanie is lovely, very warm, personable, empathetic and non-judgmental. She quickly put me at ease and made me instantly feel comfortable. Not knowing what to expect, I thought that the appointment would be very process driven, but it was very individualised and bespoke. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering accessing their super for IVF. It could not have gone any smoother.
