Making an application to access your Super for medical costs is a simple process
Process
- Book your appointment with us
- Request a referral from your GP and send it to us
- Attend your appointment
- Receive our invoice
- Make a payment
- Receive your report and CRS form
- Book your GP Appointment
- Meet with your GP so they can complete their copy of the CRS form
- Upload your application to the ATO
Submit
Submit via your MyGov Account by following these steps
- Go to the ATO online services home page
- Select the heading option Super
- then Manage
- then Withdraw ATO-held super.
Timing
The timing of the various steps above are typically as follows
Book – The wait time for an appointment is on average 2 to 3 weeks.
Appointment – Our appointments take between 45 and 60 minutes
Report – The report preparation takes 1 to 2 working days
Submit – The ATO will review your application and reply. This can take as little as 2 working days but may take up to 2 weeks.
