Customer Feedback

We have recently been consolidating feedback received over the last 12 months and I thought I would share this with you.

At the end of each week, we send out a questionnaire to each client. It is quite short and contains a range of questions about how we were found (e.g Google, Reference, etc.) and the experience each client had in dealing with Melanie, Kate, Neelya, Justine, Martin and myself (Andrew).

Happily, over the last 12 months, the feedback has been consistently positive, rest assured that this does not mean that we will be resting on our laurels! The detailed comments received have allowed us to target three main focus areas for the next three months, these are:

  • Alternative Payment Methods
  • Continued Simplification of the process
  • Instructions on how to submit the CRS documentation to Medicare
